These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales concluded between:

Each product is presented with a detailed description (photos, sizes, materials, prices, etc.).
The photos are not contractual but reflect the final product as closely as possible.
Prices are displayed in US dollars, including all taxes (VAT included).
BOB’S GRACE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.
The customer selects the desired products, adds them to their basket and confirms the order after verification.
The sale is considered final after payment has been validated and a confirmation email has been received.
BOB’S GRACE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons (product unavailable, suspected fraud, etc.).

Bank details are processed solely by payment providers and are never stored by BOB’S GRACE.
Orders are shipped within an average of 2 to 5 working days after validation.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
United States: 3 to 7 working days
Canada: 5 to 10 working days
International: 7 to 15 working days
BOB’S GRACE cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
Delivery costs are specified before the order is confirmed. Delivery is free for purchases over $200 in the United Kingdom and the United States.
Customers have 30 days to return an unworn, unwashed product in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on our part.
Refunds are issued within 10 days of receipt and verification of the return.

Products are offered while stocks last. If a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may choose between a refund or an exchange.
BOB’S GRACE cannot be held liable for any damage related to the use of the website, misuse of products or cases of force majeure.
