Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At BOB’S GRACE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not fully happy with your item, we offer a flexible return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.


Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging
  • Tags and labels must still be attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

Return Process

  1. Contact us at returns@bobsgrace.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions
  3. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions
  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and confirm the refund

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during the purchase
  • Allow up to 10 business days after we receive and approve your return for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


Non-refundable items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective)

Defective or wrong items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@bobsgrace.com. We will replace the item at no extra cost or offer a full refund.
